Oscar Animated Shorts (2017)

2017 Festival

Sat, Feb 25 @ 3:00 pm - GPLT

This 87-minute package includes the 5 films nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short in 2017 as well as 3 additional award-winning films. The first 4 films in the package are Oscar-nominated and they are followed by 3 award-winning films. These 7 films would receive a G or PG rating, but the rating of 14A (Substance Abuse) for the package results from the last film, the Oscar-nominated PEAR CIDER AND CIGARETTES. There is a short break in the program so that parents, who may not want their children to see the last film, may leave before it plays. There are no subtitles for any of the films since they are in English or have no dialogue.
