A Woman's Place

2013 Festival

Thur, May 2 @ 6:30 pm; Sun, May 5 @ 11:00 am

A woman’s place may be in a portrait hanging in Rideau Hall … if that woman is Queen Elizabeth II. Or it may be in the shops of Tehran searching for a forbidden item for a daughter who’s starting school. Or it may be on horseback retracing the trails of previous generations of Willmore Wilderness women. There will be a Q&A with filmmaker Susan Feddema-Leonard (WOMEN OF WILLMORE WILDERNESS) and artist Phil Richards (A ROYAL COMMISSION).
