I am really excited about the next 2 films in the GPLT Movie Series – The Intouchables from France (French with English subtitles) on January 27 and Jason Becker: Not Dead Yet from the US on February 10. The Intouchables is a comedy based on a true story and Jason Becker is a documentary so it is a true story, and both feature men in wheelchairs. Their stories are amazing. Both films have won multiple juried and audience choice awards, and the guitar-playing in Jason Becker is unbelievable! Watch the trailers to see for yourself.
Screenings are at 7:00 pm at Second Street Theatre. Tickets are $10 (adults) or $5 (students) and can be purchased at the GPLT Box Office in advance or at the door.
