Exciting news! Our Shoot for Reel film has a title – The Horizon Project. After months in editing, the film has been locked and sent off to sound, music and visual effects experts by Director/Editor Scott Belyea who then turned his attention to the creation of a website and a Facebook page (check out all the fantastic production stills by Chris Beauchamp of Beauchamp Photography) and you can follow the film’s post-production progress and festival screenings on Twitter (@horizoncorp).
Here’s a 1-minute clip of the film as survivors of a biological pandemic seek refuge with Horizon Corporation. Note that it has temp music and there’s been no color correction or sound design yet.
The film will have its world premiere on the opening night of the festival – Wednesday, May 1st. It will be our biggest opening night ever!
